Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Porto, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and best practices
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in project management software
Salary: $1600/month without accommodation.

Preference for candidates with a biometric passport.

Portuguese nationality or work permit preferred but not required.
