Part-Time Commercial Architect (Egyptian Applicants Only)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their commercial design needs and preferences
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications for commercial buildings

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial projects
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Must have own accommodation in Beer-Sheva or willing to relocate

Salary:
1500$ per month, based on experience
