Job Title: Commercial Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and other commercial structures. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for their commercial building project
- Develop architectural plans and drawings for commercial buildings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being built according to the approved design plans
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution of the design plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate new techniques into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong understanding of structural integrity and building materials
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate.
