Indian Chef in Utena


We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Utena. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes for our restaurant. Your role will involve preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes using traditional Indian cooking techniques and recipes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Plan menus and create new dishes based on seasonal ingredients
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to high-quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff members, including assistants and apprentices
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques in Indian cuisine

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef in a professional kitchen
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavors
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
