Land Surveyor


We are a leading construction company in Al-Rayyan and we are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using a variety of equipment such as GPS, total stations, and robotic surveying instruments
- Collect and analyze data to accurately determine boundaries, elevations, and other important measurements
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying data for project planning
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure it is properly stored
- Adhere to safety standards while conducting surveys
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns regarding surveying work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using various land surveying equipment and software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Trimble Business Center
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with other professionals on projects
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying in Al-Rayyan
