Sales Manager (Indian)
A leading company in Al-Khor is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be fluent in English. This position is open to Indian nationals with a valid work visa and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
