Instrument Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial processes. This includes but is not limited to electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install and calibrate instruments according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions in instruments
- Perform preventative maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve processes and systems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in instrument technology
- Comply with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Extensive knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
