Job Title: Merchandiser Supervisor

As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the merchandising activities of our company in Sofia. Your main duties will include managing a team of merchandisers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and standards, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of merchandisers and ensure they are following company guidelines and standards
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability through effective merchandising techniques
- Monitor product inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to stores
- Train new merchandisers on company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for merchandisers
- Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing, product placement, and promotional opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred
