Construction Project Manager



Our construction company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Sheduva. This position will require strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of all aspects of construction management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully completing projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee hiring and management of project staff, including contractors and subcontractors
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and other professionals to ensure design specifications are met
- Review building plans and blueprints to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for materials and services needed for the project
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities, including progress reports, change orders, and invoices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to meet project goals
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members
- Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of construction management software is preferred

Salary: $1200 USD per month

Location: Sheduva
