We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land to determine property boundaries, create maps, and provide data for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements of land using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other relevant information
- Create detailed maps and drawings using computer software
- Provide data for construction projects by conducting topographic surveys and creating site plans
- Prepare legal documents such as deeds and easements based on survey findings
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate survey results
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficient in using computer software for mapping and drafting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
