Junior Land Surveyor - Las Vegas

We are currently hiring for a Junior Land Surveyor to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Junior Land Surveyor, you will assist the Senior Land Surveyor in conducting surveys and preparing accurate legal descriptions of land parcels. This position does not require previous experience and is open to all nationalities. However, proficiency in English and the ability to work without accommodation are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Land Surveyor in conducting surveys using various equipment such as total station, GPS, and laser scanners
- Prepare legal descriptions of land parcels for development or construction projects
- Create maps and drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Work closely with other team members and communicate effectively with clients
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently without accommodation
- Basic knowledge of land surveying principles and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Las Vegas
