Hotel Sales Manager in Braga, Portugal
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel services and facilities to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month, including accommodation. We welcome candidates from all nationalities, but you must have your own visa to work in Portugal.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and packages
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and market dynamics
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from different backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is a plus
