We are in need of a friendly and attentive Concierge to join our team in Braga. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. Your main duties will include making reservations for dining and activities, arranging transportation, and providing information on local attractions and events.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a warm personality. You must also be able to multitask, as you will often be handling multiple requests at once. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
