Pastry Chef
As a Pastry Chef in our bustling kitchen in Clairvaux, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and ensure the highest quality and presentation of all pastry items.
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new recipes and menu items
- Ensure all pastry items are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.
