We are searching for an experienced and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our growing team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing.

In this role, you will use your excellent communication skills and expertise in the subject matter to understand clients' needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive online presence and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of online consulting or customer service. A strong background in customer service and problem-solving is essential. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both written and spoken English.

As an Online Consultant, you must be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. You must also possess strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple client interactions simultaneously. Previous experience with online platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with potential for growth within the company. We also offer flexible working hours to accommodate individual preferences.
