Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them
- Promote and sell products or services to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitors' offerings
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month (commission-based)
