Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Ashdod, Israel. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to plan and coordinate all phases of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and other professionals to develop project plans
- Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work meets quality standards
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status and any changes or updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Ashdod, Israel
