Roofer Supervisor
We are a roofing company based in Almada, seeking a skilled Roofer Supervisor to join our team. As a Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our roofing team and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to high quality standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing team members
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Inspect job sites to ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Train new team members on proper roofing techniques
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a supervisory role within the roofing industry
- In-depth knowledge of different types of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Roofing or related field
- Experience working on commercial roofing projects
- Bilingual in Portuguese and English
