Facade Specialist


A prestigious architecture firm in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team. As a Facade Specialist, you will work closely with our design team to create innovative and functional building facades that meet our clients' needs and aesthetic vision. This is a contract position, suitable for men of any nationality with experience in facade design and construction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement facade designs for various projects, taking into consideration structural integrity, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the feasibility and practicality of facade designs
- Conduct research on new materials, methods, and technologies for facade construction
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Oversee the installation of facades on site and ensure they meet design standards
- Conduct regular inspections of facades during construction to identify any issues or defects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in facade design and construction
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Benefits:
As a contract position, this role offers competitive compensation at $1300 per week. While English proficiency is not required for this position, it is preferred. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
