We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Metal Worker in Ufa. As a metal worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and installing metal structures and components for various projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the metalworking industry.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine project specifications
- Cut, shape, and weld metal pieces using various tools and techniques
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Operate machinery such as saws, drills, grinders, and welders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of metalworking processes and tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position is open to Indians currently living in Ufa or willing to relocate. English language proficiency is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals without prior experience in the field. Accommodation will not be provided.
