We are a metal fabrication company in need of an entry-level metal worker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a metal worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the fabrication and construction of metal structures.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate machinery such as saws, drills, and grinders to cut and shape metal pieces
- Weld or solder pieces together to form complete structures
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but some knowledge or interest in metalworking is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and calculating dimensions
- Willingness to learn new techniques and skills on the job
