We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions for our clients. Your expertise in software development, strong analytical skills, and ability to lead and mentor junior developers will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing high-quality software solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
- Leading and mentoring junior developers
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality
- Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software development
- Proficient in multiple programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
