Industrial Architect


Our architectural firm in Eschen is seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial architecture, excellent design skills, and the ability to effectively manage projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are accurately implemented
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and building technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing previous industrial projects
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong project management skills

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Eschen (relocation assistance available)
