Dismantler Supervisor (Egyptian Only)



We are seeking an experienced Dismantler Supervisor to join our team in Eschen. As a Dismantler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of dismantlers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of dismantlers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Ensure that all dismantling activities are carried out in accordance with safety regulations
- Inspect dismantled parts for quality and accuracy
- Oversee the inventory of dismantled parts and ensure proper storage
- Maintain records of dismantling activities and report any issues or concerns to management
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of dismantled parts for further processing or disposal

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dismantler or in a supervisory role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to dismantling activities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred:
- Egyptian nationality or familiarity with Egyptian culture
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with biometric passports
- Experience working in a male-dominated industry
