CNC Operator



We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and programming CNC machines, as well as knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, or grinding
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance and accuracy
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator
- Proficient in operating and programming CNC machines
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Bungoma, Kenya (accommodation provided)
