Data Analyst - Contract Position (Porto, Portugal)


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Porto, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and manipulation, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using various tools and techniques
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations
- Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Proactively identify data quality issues and work towards resolving them
- Stay updated on industry best practices for data analysis and share knowledge with the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analyst role
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus
- Experience working with large databases and performing data manipulation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but we do offer visa sponsorship for suitable candidates.
