Entry-Level Electrician in Salalah, Oman

We are a well-established electrical company based in Salalah, Oman seeking an entry-level electrician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career as an electrician and gain valuable experience.

Position Summary:
The entry-level electrician will be responsible for assisting experienced electricians with various tasks including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of electrical systems including wiring, lighting, outlets, and switches
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or technical training in electricity preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of electrical principles and techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Canadian nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
