Restaurant Manager (Malayalee/Filipino) in Nizwa, Oman


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a successful restaurant, with excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring quality of service
- Train and develop staff members to maintain high standards of customer service
- Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Fluent in Malayalam or Tagalog (Filipino)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with both staff members and customers
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
