Plasterboard Worker

A plasterboard worker is responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard walls and ceilings in a variety of buildings, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. They use hand tools and power tools to measure, cut, and install plasterboard panels, as well as applying joint compound and tape to create smooth seams. The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience working with plasterboard and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install plasterboard panels according to blueprints or building plans
- Use hand tools and power tools to secure the panels in place
- Apply joint compound and tape to create seamless joints between panels
- Smooth out any imperfections or bumps on the surface of the plasterboard
- Install insulation behind the plasterboard when necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on scaffolding or ladders
- Communicate effectively with contractors, builders, or other team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with plasterboard is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read blueprints or building plans accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kaunas, Lithuania (open to candidates from other locations)

Nationality: Indian (open to candidates of all nationalities)
