English Language Teacher


We are in search of a dedicated and passionate English Language Teacher to join our team in Shan, India. As an English Language Teacher, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, teaching students of various ages and levels, and evaluating their progress. You will also be expected to provide feedback and support to students, as well as maintain a positive learning environment.

Our ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and at least 2 years of teaching experience. You must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. Additionally, you should be patient, creative, and able to motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Use various teaching methods and materials to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports
- Communicate with parents or guardians on student progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan lessons or activities
- Participate in professional development activities to improve teaching skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an English Language Teacher
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong classroom management skills

Salary:
$1600 per month

Location: Shan, India
