Entry Level Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Floral Designer. As a Florist in our Alta-based floral shop, you will be responsible for assisting with the creation and arrangement of beautiful floral displays for various occasions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about flowers and interested in starting their career as a florist.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with designing and arranging floral displays for weddings, funerals, and other events
- Help maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Assist with the care and maintenance of plants and flowers in the shop
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, but some knowledge or interest in floral design is preferred
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Alta, Norway (visa sponsorship available)
