Waiter - Al-Kuwait


We are seeking a friendly and efficient waiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain a clean and tidy dining area
- Assist with setting up tables and preparing for service
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
