Floral Designer

We are a boutique flower shop located in Shan, looking for a skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and visually stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, corporate events, and daily orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create beautiful and unique floral arrangements using fresh flowers and foliage
- Order and maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Ensure all orders are completed on time with attention to detail and quality
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their care
- Ability to design creative and unique floral arrangements according to client preferences, event theme, or occasion
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles for handling payments and maintaining records
- Basic computer skills for record keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in floral design is preferred
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have authorization to work in Shan

Salary: $1100 per month
