Office Assistant - Faisalabad, Pakistan
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operations of our office. Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, and coordinating office activities.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinating office activities such as meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Ordering office supplies as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
