Office Assistant in Faisalabad, Pakistan
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant for our company in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Schedule appointments and maintain office calendar
- Order office supplies when needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Prepare and submit expense reports for team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Keep the office clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
