Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for our hotel in Dubai. You will identify potential clients, build relationships with them, and negotiate contracts to secure business. Your main goal will be to increase the hotel's market share and profitability through effective sales techniques and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking, cold calling, and other means
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms are favorable for the hotel
- Oversee the sales team and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, events, and operations to create integrated strategies that support overall business goals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to sales strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the hotel's services
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client information, contracts, and revenue reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month plus bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Dubai. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Dubai.
