Civil Engineer (with Accommodation)

We are currently seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Moscow. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your primary duties will include conducting site investigations, preparing cost estimates and timelines, and ensuring that projects adhere to all relevant codes and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. You should also possess strong technical knowledge of building materials and construction methods, as well as excellent project management skills.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. As this is a job for Indians with accommodation provided, we prefer candidates who are familiar with Indian culture and can easily adapt to living in Moscow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site investigations and prepare detailed project reports
- Develop cost estimates and timelines for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
- Oversee the work of junior engineers and construction workers
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Review designs and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Familiarity with building materials and construction methods
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Indian culture is preferred
