We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, prepare reports and maps, and provide crucial information for various construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. This position offers a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to locate property boundaries, roads, buildings, and other features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and robotic total stations to collect data
- Prepare accurate reports and maps based on survey data
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to provide necessary information for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding land surveying
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in English (Hebrew is a plus)
