Computer Systems Analyst


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our growing team in Utena. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing computer systems and processes to improve the efficiency and functionality of our company's technology infrastructure. You will work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify needs and provide technical solutions that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and evaluate existing systems to determine potential improvements or new system designs
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop technical solutions that meet business needs
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop detailed system specifications, including diagrams, charts, and technical documentation
- Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption within the company
- Train end-users on new systems or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, databases, and operating systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with project management techniques and tools
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
