Concierge Coordinator


We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge Coordinator to join our team in Lahore. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests. Your main duties will include managing guest requests, providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and coordinating transportation and reservations. You will also be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, events, and restaurants
- Assist guests with making reservations for transportation, dining, and other activities
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Ensure all guest complaints or concerns are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Keep track of guest preferences to enhance their experience during future visits
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
