Temporary Concierge in Lahore, Pakistan
We are hiring a temporary Concierge to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with various tasks such as booking reservations, making recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and handling any inquiries or issues that may arise during their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local area attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably in hospitality or customer service)
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment in Pakistan
Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is 1600$ per month.
