We are a renowned architecture firm based in Almada, seeking an experienced and driven Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects, from concept design to construction completion. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, architects, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural design principles, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, including initial concept development, detailed design, construction documentation, and project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
- Oversee a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget and timeline constraints.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure project progress aligns with design plans.
- Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Develop cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new technologies into design processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is preferred.
