Architecture Manager
As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the architectural design and construction processes for our projects in Almada. Your main duties will include developing design concepts, coordinating with clients and contractors, reviewing plans and specifications, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management. You must also possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for projects based on client requirements
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and standards
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Oversee construction progress to ensure quality of workmanship
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide guidance to junior architects/designers as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and resources
- Strong leadership abilities
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in Portuguese (preferred)
