Administrative Assistant - Dubai

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have previous experience in an administrative role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Preference will be given to Filipino candidates with their own visa and without accommodation needs. Women are encouraged to apply.
