We are in need of a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our production team in Split, Croatia. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by operating machinery and ensuring that products are produced efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of machinery including but not limited to: presses, molds, mills, drills, and lathes
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a factory machine operator preferred
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Basic math skills for measuring and calibrating machinery
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
