We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to plan, organize, and oversee project activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to define project goals and objectives
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage project resources including team members, materials, equipment, and budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed according to quality standards
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustments
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes collaboration and efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (project management, engineering, business)
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry or field of work
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
