Crane Operator - Kaunas, Lithuania

Our company, a leading construction firm in Kaunas, is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret blueprints and instructions to determine the appropriate crane setup and operation
- Inspect cranes before use to ensure they are in good working condition
- Safely lift and move heavy materials and equipment according to project specifications
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Crane Operator in the construction industry
- Valid crane operator license or certification
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations related to crane operation
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception

Preferred:
- Experience operating different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes
- Biometric passport for ease of travel within Europe
