Commercial Architect


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Funchal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and according to specifications
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure efficient coordination and execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs are compliant and up-to-date

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Architect in commercial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this contract position.

This job is located in Funchal, a beautiful city known for its stunning coastal views and charming old town.
