Machine Learning Engineer - Wiltz, Luxembourg


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and computer science, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python and R.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and propose solutions using machine learning techniques
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection to improve performance
- Design experiments to test the effectiveness of new models and algorithms
- Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Knowledge of database systems such as SQL or NoSQL
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with large datasets using distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Hadoop
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
