Concrete Worker

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Worker to join our team in Vilnius. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare forms for pouring concrete and ensure they are properly aligned
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using trowels or screeds
- Finish surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing materials
- Repair damaged concrete structures by filling cracks or holes
- Operate power tools such as jackhammers or drills to break up old concrete
- Follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with concrete is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
